Pitch Day
We are thrilled to announce that Pitch Day on June 7 was a resounding success! Our Spring 2024 cohort of Fellows presented their innovative business concepts to our valued corporate and investment partners. Each presentation was a testament to their ambition, creativity and potential for success.
For the past four months, our Fellows have worked diligently with the agrifood industry, refining and de-risking their startups. Now, they are poised to make significant strides in their entrepreneurial journeys.
The event featured three standout pitches, each addressing critical issues:
- Agrifood Sales Enablement - Preserving tacit knowledge (relationships/results/history) and leveraging internal company data to drive sales productivity and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Equipment Dispatch & Sharing - Coordinating shared assets and services to optimize logistics, routes and delivery schedules to customers to enhance efficiency and eliminate idle time/assets.
- Succession Planning - Supporting farmers and their families to navigate, align and draft a succession plan that can be executed with ease within a trusted advisor network.
The concepts were highly impressive and received enthusiastically by our partners.
The Spring 2024 Fellows cohort was an exceptional group, bringing a wealth of diverse experiences and ideas. You can learn more about them here.
