DIAL Ventures selected as Mira Awards finalist!
DIAL Ventures is featured in the Talent Impact category. This reflects our open innovation approach and bringing in entrepreneurs from a wide variety of industries into Agrifood and then providing experiential training. We do this by combining engagement with industry experts and a full curriculum of startup leadership training, with a goal of launching high-impact startups to benefit the Agrifood industry and our world's future.
TechPoint announced today that DIAL Ventures was selected as a finalist for the Mira Talent Impact Award. DIAL Ventures has taken a unique approach to developing companies in their venture studio. DIAL Ventures employs a people-first strategy by drawing new talent to the agrifood industry. Every six months six entrepreneurs are brought into the studio program as Innovation Fellows. During their time in the studio, they are put through extensive industry training as well as a startup leadership curriculum, all developed specifically to help the Innovation Fellows transition into founders of DIAL Ventures portfolio companies. This unique approach to attracting and developing talent to benefit Indiana and the agrifood industry as a whole was recognized by TechPoint in selecting DIAL Ventures as a finalist.
